ProbioTech USA has developed innovative patent-protected dual-phase technology for prebiotic and probiotic delivery.

As human microbiome research progresses worldwide, the efficacy spectrum of probiotics combined with prebiotics for treating illness and maintaining health expands exponentially. Global clinical evidence supports efficacy and safety for many conditions including gastrointestinal and urogenital disorders, immune dysfunction, respiratory infections, allergies, infant health, caries, gingivitis, skin, cognition, and response to chemotherapy.

Our vision is to improve overall health.

We have developed Sprobiotic™ and Sproflora™ to target difficult-to-treat conditions and help maintain a healthy mucosa and biofilm with combinations of antioxidants, prebiotics and probiotics, resulting in a healthier quality of life for people worldwide. The key foundation of our strategy is the delivery of live beneficial bacteria and nutrients directly to the site of action to ultimately Let Good Health Happen™.

The Sprobiotic™ regimen was created to target the GI tract.

Scientifically validated*, Sprobiotic taken orally successfully feeds and nourishes the microbiome of the digestive system. The oral capsules can be boosted by using Sprobiotic rectal suppositories. Core benefits include improved intestinal health and gut immunity, reduced bloating and discomfort, and better skin health and immune function.

* Preclinical trials conducted at Baylor University have demonstrated the synergistic effects of biphasic prebiotic release, followed by the administration of probiotics. This dual-phase release mechanism results in an initial flood of prebiotics, providing an optimal environment for the subsequent administration of probiotics. The findings show that this approach enhances the potency of probiotics and maximize their therapeutic potential.

Sproflora™ was introduced to respond to women’s needs.

Sproflora adds to the benefits from Sprobiotic and offers relief to vaginal dryness and discomfort, feeds and nourishes the vaginal microbiome, controls odor and supports a balanced vaginal pH.

We are OTC-ready and are looking to a future in Rx.

Our patented products are both over-the-counter (OTC) and for prescription, with a focus on gaining FDA approval to target acute and chronic disease states, i.e. C. difficile*, ulcerative colitis, and vaginal infections. They have been developed using insights from microbial ecology, infectious diseases and inflammation, in synergy with mucosal bioactivity and immunology.

* Clostridioides difficile, also known as C. difficile or C. diff, is a type of bacteria that can cause severe and potentially life-threatening infections. C. difficile infections can be difficult to treat and in some cases the infection can recur even after treatment. Symptoms can range from mild diarrhea to life-threatening inflammation of the colon. In severe cases, the infection can lead to sepsis, organ failure, and death. In the United States, it is estimated that C. difficile infections cause tens of thousands of deaths each year and incur up to 4.8 billion dollars each year in excess health care costs for acute care facilities alone.

About Us

ProbioTech USA was founded in 2015 by inventor and entrepreneur Deborah L. Lynch. Prior to starting the company, Deborah started researching the importance of microbiome in the gastrointestinal tract and found that there was no product on the market that effectively targeted gut health from all angles. Since that moment of discovery, Deborah has been focused on a mission to Let Good Health Happen™ by developing patents and products that start with targeting the microbiome. Today, ProbioTech USA has proven efficacy in generating a healthy microbiome and improving gut and vaginal health, immune health, and skin health by using a combination of prebiotics and probiotics and ensuring their delivery to the site of action through a patented novel delivery method.

Together with our team of experienced professionals, global medical experts and academic collaborators including Mayo Clinic and Baylor College of Medicine, ProbioTech USA has successfully developed its first two breakthrough OTC products capable of truly making a positive impact on human health: Sprobiotic™ for the GI tract and Sproflora™ for women. We are continuing to work through our innovation pipeline in both Rx and OTC.

ProbioTech USA is currently actively seeking partners for IP and product licensing agreements and research collaborations. Interested parties can get in touch with us using our form.
